Dilute to 100 U / 2.5 mL (4 U / 0.1 mL) with a 0.9% non-preservative sterile saline solution. Next, inject 0.1 mL, using a 30-gauge injection needle, in two parts of the corrugator muscles of each eyebrow. And one part in procerus muscle, resulting in a total of 5 parts, to inject 20 units total.

We recommend the way of mixing saline like below:

• Botulinum 100 Units – 2.5ml of saline

• Botulinum 200 Units – 5ml of saline
